Why buy from Time & Gold?

TIME & GOLD has a tradition of commitment to after sales service with more certified watchmakers on site then any other store in western Canada. Most mechanical watches are fine instruments and require service and lubrication every 5 or so years. Buying a watch from Time & Gold is like buying a watch with your own personal watchmaker!

All quartz watches purchased from TIME & GOLD are eligible for free battery replacement for the life of the timepiece.

Every new watch purchased from TIME & GOLD is covered by an extended warranty, providing coverage in addition to the manufactures warranty, up to three years from the date of purchase.

Prices and products sold online are very misleading and usually too good to be true. Buying a watch online means you are buying from a NON AUTHORIZED retailer and you have no manufactures warranty whatsoever. Often watches are used, scratched or damaged and authenticity is always in question. Genuine movements are often removed and replaced with copies. Once you add the hidden fees such as taxes, duties, shipping charges, exchange rates, etc., prices will often be more than the Canadian retail price. As the size and feel are very important, our knowledgable staff is always willing to assist and help you try on your next timepiece.
